Nikkisha provides a variety of financial services to JDJ clients in her role as Manager, including financial reporting and analysis, investment administration, investment account reconciliation, budgeting and cash flow planning, payroll management, and tax planning coordination. Nikkisha applies her extensive knowledge of private wealth management, superior customer service skills, and a thoughtful approach to problem solving to every interaction with clients and advisors.

Before joining JDJ, Nikkisha spent fifteen years at a single family office, most recently in the role of Accounting Manager, where she supported two high net worth principals and members of their families. Nikkisha provided oversight of financial reporting for real estate, trust, personal and property insurance, foundations, and investments. Nikkisha’s reporting responsibilities also included the preparation of month-end and year-end balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flows, and variance analysis. In addition, Nikkisha maintained the general ledger, created cash flow models extending out five years, and oversaw daily cash balances in excess of $50 million. She also executed subscription documents, funded capital calls, and monitored investment performance for alternative investments. Nikkisha also collaborated with wealth managers, tax preparers, and auditors on behalf of the client.

Nikkisha is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst and Massasoit Community College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an Associates of Science, respectively. She earned a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting at Bentley University. Nikkisha has participated in leadership development programs such as the Management Leadership for Tomorrow MBA Program and The Partnership, Inc.
