Careers: Corporate Accountant/HR Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you have experience with operational accounting, financial reporting, benefits administration, and enjoy supporting the needs of a thriving and growing business? The person in this new role will provide corporate accounting and human resources services to our firm. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to participation in the following:

·         Day-to-day corporate accounting for the firm

·         Preparation of financial reports

·         Accounts receivable process

·         Assist with corporate accounting projects

·         Payroll and employee benefits

·         New employee onboarding

·         Performance evaluation process

·         Internal corporate training program

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred

·         3+ years corporate accounting experience

·         Human resources experience preferred

·         Critical thinker and problem solver

·         Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise, Salesforce and Bill.com and HRIS software

·         Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel

·         Ability to interact with colleagues and vendors in a professional manner

·         Adherence to high confidentiality and fiduciary standards

·         Strong attention to detail and accuracy

·         Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute successfully in a fast-paced environment

·         Follow-through on all deadlines and commitments

·         Desire to participate in and contribute to the growth of a small company
