We are delighted to announce Jennifer Lohnes has been honored as the recipient of the December 2022 Capturing and Recognizing Excellence (CARE) Award! The JDJ CARE Award is a peer-nominated award that recognizes outstanding service to clients and colleagues.

Jennifer was recognized for “going above and beyond, not just for clients, but for peers as well.” She takes the time to train people without hesitation, and her peers look to her as a resource.  Jen is knowledgeable, patient, and approachable.  She anticipates client questions, addresses them proactively, and proposes a recommended solution. When clients work with Jen, they know they are working with true industry expert who has their best interests at heart. This year, Jennifer played an integral part in onboarding a new client relationship, quickly earning the client’s trust as a knowledgeable resource with her expertise, attention to detail, and genuine kindness towards all family members.

Colleagues commented that Jennifer communicates with every person within the client relationship “with the same respect, dignity and poise” no matter their level or role. Another colleague stated “Jen is joy to work with. She makes me laugh every day, and even when things get stressful, having her as a teammate takes some of the burden away.”

James M. Kittler honored Jennifer in a speech at the JDJ holiday celebration and presented her with a silver bowl and plaque engraved with her name.  Previous winners of this prestigious award include Stephen Lau, Abi Smith, Tyler Hilliard, Gina Rego, Elizabeth Fogarty, Logan Cerruti and Lise Przybylski.
