As Lifestyle Assistant and Marketing Coordinator, Abi provides a high level of service to JDJ clients, vendors, and colleagues. Abi provides a broad range of concierge services to JDJ clients and also supports corporate Marketing initiatives. Abi maintains household vendor schedules and maintenance calendars for client homes, working proactively to ensure the households run smoothly and issues are resolved promptly. Other Lifestyle Management responsibilities include performing research and analysis, conducting provider due diligence, and season ticket management. In addition, Abi plays a key role in JDJ’s Marketing initiatives by managing our social media and client communication programs, and organizing and running events. Abi also assists with the onboarding and training of new employees, helping to ensure a smooth transition to JDJ.
Abi consistently displays a positive attitude and professional demeanor. She demonstrates excellent problem solving abilities, a willingness to help on any assignment, and the ability to juggle a seemingly endless number of requests.
Abi was the recipient of the JDJ CARE Award in 2019. The Capturing and Recognizing Excellence (CARE) award is a peer-nominated award given to a team member who delivers exceptional service, and is a testament to the significant contributions Abi makes to the firm.
Prior to joining JDJ in 2017 as Office Administrator, Abi was a key team member at a busy café, providing excellent “customer first” service in order to improve customer loyalty and increase sales. She worked closely with the business owners to manage inventory, reconcile cash, and prepare the store each day. She trained new associates on systems, equipment, and procedures.
Abi graduated from Simmons College with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Public Health.
