As JDJ’s Office Administrator, Shannon provides a high level of service to JDJ team members, clients, and professional advisors. Shannon has a broad range of responsibilities that support the daily operations of the office and the client teams, including managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, event planning, and client administration assistance. Shannon’s friendly and professional demeanor and willingness to help on any assignment are just some of the reasons she is a valued member of our team.

Prior to joining JDJ in 2021, Shannon honed her administrative and customer service skills at roles in the hospitality and event planning industries.

Shannon graduated from Emmanuel College with a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a concentration in Economics.
