Our Team: Olivia Hammick
In her role as Associate, Olivia provides a range of accounting and financial services to JDJ clients, including managing the bill pay process for assigned clients. Other responsibilities include downloading, recording, and reconciling credit card, bank account and investment activity, and financial report preparation. Extremely organized and detail oriented, Olivia applies her outstanding work ethic to everything she does.
Prior to joining JDJ in 2021, Olivia was a Senior Staff Accountant for two related firms – a commercial real estate lender and property management group. In these positions she was responsible for cash management and cash planning across various company entities, performing month-end close of all bank and escrow accounts, and preparing financial reporting. Additionally, she processed accounts payable, tracked and reconciled accounts receivable, and administered payroll. Previously, Olivia held Analyst positions at Wayfair and Great American Group where she was responsible for gathering and interpreting financial data to develop actionable steps to improve processes and optimize results.
Olivia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with dual concentrations in Finance and Management from the University of New Hampshire.
