In her role as Associate, Barbara supports a portfolio of JDJ clients with a range of accounting services, including bill paying and expense reporting, credit card and bank account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Barbara is an accomplished finance and accounting professional, with strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills. She is valued by both her team and her clients for her timely, accurate reports and analysis and for providing outstanding client service.

Barbara has held a variety of financial and accounting positions for companies in a several industries including retail, banking, and real estate development. Her responsibilities included preparing annual budgets and forecasts, financial reporting, performing cost savings analysis, and interfacing with accountants and lawyers for auditing and tax preparation. Barbara also founded and ran a business to support the fundraising goals of local organizations and promote local businesses. She managed fundraising campaigns from inception to completion, including administering client contracts, creating marketing campaigns, tracking sales, and recording revenue.

Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia with a concentration in Finance. She is a notary public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
