Tania is a proven professional with experience in both private companies and public accounting firms. In her role as Senior Manager, Tania provides accounting, tax planning and coordination, financial management and business consulting services to JDJ clients. Tania manages day-to-day operations such as budgeting and cash flow management, and the complete financial reporting process. She is committed to providing outstanding service to clients and advisors. In addition to her client responsibilities, Tania works with the management group to allocate and manage team resources, monitor workflow, and mentor and train staff.

Prior to joining JDJ in 2022, Tania spent 10 years in a variety of roles, most recently as Senior Manager at a business advisory firm based in NJ. In this role, she supervised a team of controllers and accountants who provided outsourced accounting services to a variety of clients with assets in excess of $1 billion. She supported audits, oversaw treasury management, and proactively reviewed and managed operations for clients, while identifying revenue opportunities and assessing risks.

Tania spent 5 years as Accounting Manager at a start-up multi-family office where she helped establish structure and processes to provide accounting services to high-net-worth families. At this NY-based firm she also supervised accounting teams, reviewed tax returns and financial statements, and ensured compliance with federal and state regulations. 

She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Bachelors in Business Administration: Accounting from Monroe College.  She graduated summa cum laude from Monroe College and received both the President’s and Dean’s Award and Departmental Honors. Tania is a member of the National Association for Black Accountants where she serves on a committee focused on educating the next generation about personal financial management.
