We are seeking an exceptional individual to serve as an Office Manager at our Boston & NYC offices. The Office Manager is a key member of our team who will provide administrative support for team members in our Boston and NYC offices acting as the point of contact with senior management and other offices to meet corporate objectives. Maestro is looking for an organized and goal-oriented individual to help keep our office operations running efficiently. From providing high-level executive assistant support to two partners, as well as managing the onboarding and training of the new Boston and NYC employees, this individual will support the overall operations of the two offices. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into multiple roles within the firm.
Senior Lifestyle Management Associate
JDJ seeks a qualified individual for the position of Senior Lifestyle Management Associate to provide household management, insurance administration, and concierge services for JDJ clients.
We are hiring Associates at all levels
Associates are integral members of the client service team and are responsible for the day-to-day accounting and operations for a portfolio of assigned clients. Associates work closely with the other members of the firm to ensure accurate client-specific accounting and financial administration. In addition to reviewing and processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, making journal entries, and working with budgets, Associates also prepare financial statements (including cash flow reports) and get involved with forecasting, financial statement analysis, tax coordination, and estate administration.
