Coronavirus Response at JDJ

As of Monday, March 16, everyone on the JDJ team is working remotely in order to adhere to CDC guidelines for social distancing. We have a robust, secure technology infrastructure in place to support our remote workforce. We have embraced video conferencing, screen sharing, and other tools that enable us to work together seamlessly to maintain our high standards for client service, checks and balances, and collaboration.

Our goal is to have the client experience be seamless, with no delay or interruption in service. As we all know, however, these are unprecedented times, and not ‘business as usual.’ For example, many banks have reduced staffing, so it may take longer than normal to fulfill certain requests. Any requests that go through the mail or require a paper response may be delayed, so please call or email us with any pressing needs so we can address them more promptly. We thank you in advance for your understanding and flexibility.

The welfare of our employees and clients is our utmost priority. Therefore, we have suspended all in-person contact with clients and advisors, including meetings and home visits. Your client team will contact you to make alternate arrangements in the interim.

Thank you for your continued trust and confidence in JDJ. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to assist you, even if it falls outside of our normal scope of services. On behalf of the JDJ, please stay safe and healthy.
